- Pleeeeeease keep your cakes in the fridge!
- Make room before you collect your cake and put it in the fridge immediately
- When collecting your cake make sure your air conditioning is on full blast & car is cool
- Arrange to collect your cake early morning or early evening when it's cooler
- Travel with your cake in the front footwell or flat empty boot
- Hold your cake with your hand underneath the base. Do not hold from the sides of the box or hold against the body where the side can squish into the cake
- Cakes with fresh flowers or edible images should be collected the day they are being given/served to prevent wilting or air bubbles
